When the ability to travel through time is perfected, a new time of law enforcement agency is formed, called Time Enforcement Commission or TEC. A cop Max Walker is assigned to the team. On the day he was chosen, some men attack him and kill his wife. Ten years later Max is still grieving but has become the best agent of the TEC. Max's former partner tells him that Senator McComb had sent him to commit fraud in an earlier time, before he is brought to justice. Max must then bring Senator McComb to justice, while trying to convince everyone that McComb is evil.
